The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals

November 2024

This timeless, captivating story is brought to life in this glorious musical filled with personal discovery, heartache, hope and everlasting love.  Jo is trying to sell her stories for publication, but the publishers are not interested – her friend, Professor Bhaer, tells her that she has to do better and write more from herself. Begrudgingly taking this advice, Jo weaves the story of herself and her sisters and their experience growing up in Civil War America.

Ren McCormach, a urban teenager who frequents the Chicago dance club scene, world turns upside down when he and his mother Ethel move to a small town in the middle of Beaumont; the worst part, dancing is illegal here! Finding this absolutely ridiculous, Ren tries to convince the Reverend to let the teenagers dance and along the way develops an unexpected friendship with a country hick and a romance with the Reverends daughter.

A whimsical reinvention of Dickens' most beloved Christmas story in wacky rhymed couplets. With zoot fruited juices and binka bird geese, from Bed-Headed Fred to Timmy Loo Hoo, this tale of glorious holiday cheer is similar to something Dr. Seuss might have come up with -- if he ever had his way with the story...

Join our all-American family as they travel down the Trail To Oregon! After their farm burns down, Father, Mother, Son, Daughter and Grandpa take the journey to the promised land where their new lives begin. Along the way, they face plenty of obstacles from snake bites, to dysentery, and even the notorious Bandit King! With the audience there to guide the Wagon Party along their adventure, no two shows will ever be the same!

Everything in Hatchetfield seemed normal until people began singing... Then, they began dancing... And now, a musical pandemic is sweeping the entire city. It’s up to Paul (an average guy who doesn’t like musicals) and his friends to stop this musical apocalypse and fight for humanity’s future.
